Large thick pulpit-folio, numerous engraved pates, Old Testament has undated engraved title (only) but printed title to New Testament gives the date of 1804. Engraved title and first leaf repaired/strengthened in inner margin (just touching a few letters). Bound in the original reversed-calf binding with blind panelling to boards, red morocco label, joints splitting at top and bottom but sound. A quite handsome and scarce Napoleonic-war period Bible.
