Administrator / Receptionist

 Our ideal applicant should be a motivated team player and have

  • accurate audio typing skills  
  • strong organisational skills
  • the ability to multi-task and be calm under pressure
  • friendly and professional manner

Duties will include typing entry forms, inputting sale details, answering incoming calls and general enquiries, assist on auction days, arranging valuation events and advertising, managing the social media accounts, manage the diary for collections, ensure the website is kept up to date, processing out-going mail including foreign and special delivery post and general administrative duties as required.
