Office Administrator / Receptionist (Full / Part Time considered)

Our ideal administrator should be a motivated team player and have previous experience as a receptionist, a friendly and professional manner and be IT literate. Accurate audio typing skills essential. They will also have strong organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and be calm under pressure.

Duties will include answering incoming calls and filtering them to colleagues, welcoming visitors, ordering stationery, typing entry forms, registration of bidders, processing out-going mail including foreign and special delivery post and general ad hoc and administrative duties.
