A ROYAL CROWN DERBY JEWELLED PLATE, 1905 of Royal Gadroon shape, painted by A Gregory, signed, with flowers, 23cm diam, impressed and printed marks, pattern 7490The Royal Crown Derby Factory Pattern Book 19 describes pattern 7490 as "Royal Gadroon" plate, cobalt band, rich painted flower centre by Gregory. A similar plate is illustrated Twitchett (J) and B Bailey, Royal Crown Derby, 3rd edition, Woodbridge 1988, p172.
