EMILY M PEYTON (EXH 1903-1911) CECIL NONA KERR in a white dress and pearl necklace, signed, ivory, oval, 6.5 x 5.3cm, giltmetal frameExhibited: Royal Academy, 1905, No 1101. The sitter was the daughter of Admiral Lord Frederick Herbert Kerr, youngest son of the 6th Marquess of Lothian by his second wife. Cecil Nona Kerr (1875-1960) married in 1915 Col Richard Crichton. She was Lady-in-Waiting to the Marchioness of Milford Haven.
